Saturday - Sunday: 8am - 10pm
Online courses are available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. Follow up may be completed during counselor hours.

Expert Credit Counseling Offering You a Chance for a New Beginning


The pre-filing credit counseling course is required before filing for bankruptcy.

For Online:
  • Part A is the online information session.
  • Part B is a brief follow up session via live chat with a certified credit counselor. Counseling will not be completed until parts 1 and 2 are completed.
For Telephonic Counseling:
  • Part A consists of a pre-recorded information session.
  • Part B includes a brief follow up with a certified credit counselor.

Both will take approximately 60 minutes to complete.

The personal financial management course is required before bankruptcy can be discharged. The bankruptcy case number is needed before beginning the course.

For Online:
  • Complete the course material and take a comprehensive quiz independently.
For Telephonic Course:
  • Part A consists of a pre-recorded information session
  • Part B includes a comprehensive quiz.
If attorney's information is listed (i.e. attorney access code) during the registration process, we will make every attempt to send the certificate to your attorney.

The course lasts approximately 120 minutes.
